However, there are other engine options, such as the 5.7L HEMI® V8 engine, which generates 410 lb-ft of torque and 395 horsepower. A diesel variant is available as well, a 3.0L EcoDiesel V6 that can generate 420 lb-ft of torque and 240 horsepower.

Each of these engines comes matched up with an 8-speed transmission, and you can choose between rear-wheel or 4-wheel drive models. With a max gas towing capacity of 10,620 pounds, when properly equipped, it's sure to handle just about any light-duty needs you might have.

The Ram is as comfortable as it is powerful. It features massive levels of torque, which allows it to  haul, tow and climb with the best of them. It has solid and confident brakes, athletic and firm steering, great feedback, and strong handling, which does an exceptional job of reining in body roll and maintaining stability on corners, even when hauling a trailer in windy conditions.
