Jeep Renegade Power and Performance

The 2019 Jeep Renegade can be equipped with one of two engines, so you can customize its power to meet your needs. Its standard 2.4L Tigershark® MultiAir® 2 engine can turn out 180 horsepower and 175 lb-ft of torque. The available 1.3L MultiAir® 2 turbo engine, on the other hand, cranks out 177 horsepower and a ramped-up 210 lb-ft of torque.

They are both paired with a standard 9-speed automatic transmission, which helps to channel all of that power. Plus, it offers a smooth and comfortable ride.

As for off-road and all-weather capability, there are two available 4x4 systems. Jeep Active Drive and Jeep Active Drive Low both offer a rear axle disconnect system. It seamlessly switches between 2-wheel and 4-wheel drive. There’s even the available Selec-Terrain® Traction Management System. It has four settings for you to choose from, so capability is optimized to suit the surface you’re taking on.

Jeep Renegade Interior

Whether you’re blazing trails or making your way to work, the Jeep Renegade interior can keep you comfortable and connected. To keep you comfy, there’s available Dual-Zone Automatic Temperature Control. It’ll let you and your passenger find the perfect temperature. Plus, there’s available heated front seats for when your adventure takes you out into the cold.

You’ll be able to stay connected on-the-go, too! It starts with the available Uconnect® 4C NAV 8.4-inch touchscreen. The navigation system will keep you connected to your destination, so you get there on time. On top of that, the available Android Auto™ and Apple CarPlay® integration will keep you in touch with your favorite apps and music.

Finally, when it’s time to load up for a road trip, there’s plenty of cargo space for all of your gear. In total, the 2019 Jeep Renegade has 50.8 cubic feet of cargo space. To make accessing it even more streamlined, there’s the standard 60/40-split fold-flat rear seats or the available 40/20/40-split fold-flat rear seats.

Jeep Renegade Safety Features

Enjoying adventure in the 2019 Jeep Renegade isn’t a problem, since it has a slew of safety and driver-assistive technologies. It starts with the available Blind Spot Monitoring (BSM), which will keep an eye out for you, so you can stay well informed of your surroundings. There’s also standard Cruise Control, to help with cruising down the highway. On top of that, there’s even standard Electronic Roll Mitigation and Electronic Stability Control.
